Our Story
Pink Rapids Project became real the moment I tried to access financial support myself and quickly realized how limited the resources were.
Even in a community full of caring people, there simply wasn’t enough funding to meet the need. Cancer doesn’t just affect someone medically, it impacts income, stability, mental health, and everyday life. In the middle of treatment, even small financial relief can make a meaningful difference.
I didn’t want to just talk about change. I wanted to build it.
Pink Rapids Project was created to provide real, local financial support to individuals and families facing all types of cancer in our community.
What makes this project different is its approach. Support is personal and respectful. There are no required public posts, and no spotlight unless someone asks for it. When help is given, it’s meant to feel like a private lifeline, not a social media moment.
This project exists to create measurable, ongoing local impact while protecting the dignity of the people it serves.
With gratitude,
